We have been trying to order frog legs from our vendor for quite a while now. Unfortunately, our vendors still don’t have any.
3:30 to 4 weekend crab claw and frog leg specials, very nice! don't get there too late, or you might miss out on the good sushi as well!!
I believe they are dine in only
Good price
I don't believe so. I believe the kids buffet is half price
Pretty sure it says under 12
The Sushi bar is excellent. The fruit and desserts are pretty good. Minus one star because the main hot buffet dishes are not so good. And I do not eat Sushi.
Very very very unhappy with this place. The iced tea tasted like it came from a dirty pitcher. Im not sure how or why but the soy sauce was so overwhelmingly salty it un real. I couldn't use it on my sushi run. So on my third piece of sushi i realized the fish was past its prime. That was by far, the worst experience
What a selection and if you love sushi like I do, you can eat $50 of diverse rolls for $8 at lunch.
Hot fresh and ready no wait invloved
The food was really good for a buffet! There was a ton of variety and both the dining area and buffet area was clean. An extra charge will be applied for any excessive waste of food, which is refreshing to see. Overall, this place is a great place to stop for quick decent food.
Great place to eat and enjoy company lots to choose from moderately priced
Food quality was bad very greasy
Good food and all you can eat
The food was great a awesome variety the sushi was delicious some stuff I never had alot of deserts that were all very good the cakes were very moist
Always plenty of good hot and cold food. Big selection and sushi too.
Not a fan of the seating change. Open concept not pleasant for a dinner for 2 experience. Service has gone down hill as well. Wasnt asked for a drink refill, plate grabbed then just handed a bill.
Always great food. For a buffet not in Vegas, I'm always surprised at how fresh the food tastes. I'm used to buffets that are kinda stale and dry, but their food is always fresh and delicious.
The food is delicious, and is always fresh and got
Seriously my favorite restaurant. I have been coming here regularly since my freshman year of High School (I'm a junior in college now) and they have been consistently amazing with very affordable prices. I go mostly for the sushi as it is great quality. The price for two with hot tea is never more 25.99, at lunch it is 19.60. Sometimes they don't have chopsticks available and if you come in at an off time food may have sat on the warmers but they rotate the food out so there is nothing that sits all day or anything. They are also great with accommodating large groups. Highly recommend.
Good selection. Good price. It's the place to stop when you are hungry and want to be leisurely or you are in a hurry and have an appointment you need to get to. This location seems to have a wider variety of seafood than other similar restaurants. Upp won't go away hungry!
Great variety of food, including vegetarian options and fresh sushi made on site. Both all you can eat and takeout (by the lb) pricing is more than reasonable. Children under 10 are charged by age, something like 80c per year, which makes the restaurant a wonderful inexpensive option for large families. Staff is not always very friendly or accommodating, unfortunately, but that's a small nuisance considering the quality, variety, and pricing of the food options. They also serve beer and coke products and have a soft serve icecream machine, everybody's favorite self-service option.
I regularly go to Grand Buffet. They have great food choices, good customer service, reasonable prices and I can't go without mentioning the fresh lemonade. It's delicious.
The absolute worst Chinese food I’ve ever eaten. I didn’t even want to eat here, as I was dragged by someone who was heart-set, but even my low expectations were far and away too high. The only thing that was even somewhat edible was the sushi, and the rest tasted exactly like oil, grease, mayonnaise and other fat and sugar-filled preservatives with the inevitability of night-ruining aftertastes. Avoid this restaurant, the arteries of your heart will thank you for it.
Great place to eat, food is above average compared to other Chinese buffets I’ve eaten at (not that I’m an expert). The staff — especially the manager(?)/owner(?) who is always friendly and always gives a genuine smile.
There restaurant is very big. They have a great verity of great food. They have man and cheese, pizza, and also sea food. After eating all you can eat they have desserts, from pudding, ice cream ( ice cream cones), and fruit. The waiters are kind and always have a smile to give!!
Wide space. Food selection could be more balanced. Lot's of chicken and not much of anything else. Really wish I could use some plastic utensils, their spoons and forks are too old. Price is not the cheapest, expect $35 for 2 people buffet.
Not bad food for the price.
Great food Chinese restaurant so come on and eat so delicious
I was not fond of this buffet, but my husband was. The garlic shrimp was too spicy hot and it burned my mouth. The ice cream machine was broken.
Small selection of traditional Chinese food and specialty items. What was there was of average taste and freshness.
If you come here with inflated expectations, you're gonna have a bad time. Great delicious junky Chinese food and I wouldn't have it any other way. For about $13 for all you can eat, it's a steal with the selection they have, you never get bored. The thin sheet cakes (mango mousse cake mvp) are amazing, sure they probably come in frozen or whatnot but they are delicious. No one said you were supposed to eat here every day and don't rate it as such. Always love this place and I will be a consistent customer for as long as they are here.
Pretty typical oriental buffet. Friendly service. Food offered nothing specifically positive to say.
Always excellent and one of the best buffet varieties around!
As buffet's go this one is very good. Fresh food and plenty of it. Since this location has many patrons the food does not sit long. Place is still very clean and maintained. I recommend a visit.
Great food, service at the tables clearing plates was really quick, same with drinks. Give it a go.
This is the best Chinese Buffet I've been to in Vermont over the past 30 years. They have a good variety at a fair price. Our family favorites are the sushi, crab rangoons, peanutbutter chicken, green beans, and crab legs (when available). There are plenty of other good dishes as well. There are a couple things I'd love to see improve. Some of warming bar doesn't keep food hot enough, I've noticed this specifically with the dish called Butter Shrimp (next to the soups). I'd also like to see crab Nigiri and shrimp Nigiri in the sushi section. They are easy to make and they seem to put them out randomly. No restuarant is perfect, this one is excellent for an affordable buffet.
Went here last year and can not understand the 4 and 5 star reviews. Awful. Received an email from only in Vermont raving about this place. I don’t get it
Great food! Quick service at amazing prices with great listening waiters. The music is something new, the food is again great. It is hot and tastes like classic Chinese. The reason that I gave it 4 though is because everything is a little sticky. This includes that tables and bathroom but I would definitely eat here again soon.
Haven't had much luck finding good Chinese food in VT... this place was worse than what I thought was bad. Tried an array of things, and was pretty disappointed with everything except the Chinese donuts. It was also more expensive than I thought it was worth. I gave 2 stars because the restaurant was seemingly clean, and the staff was polite and attentive.
Hard to complain about this place, although I see some have. Clean good food. Lots of Protien: Chicken, Beef, Pork, Fish (sometimes really good Salmon)Service staff is top notch
The manager is the reason we go here...She shows pride in her customers. WETHER we eat in or dine out its alwAys fresh and what we are.looking to have. She makes sure thAt the food she remembers us to like is stocked and fresh. THEY alwAys gave my daughter a necklace and earring set for her birthday...thAt meant so much I will never deter from going here...love them...
I love the Grand Buffet. That have great sushi and a good nice variety of it. The buffet areas are clean and they refill the bins often. The waiters and waitresses are friendly and take your plates quickly. The hot foods are hot and the cold are cold. Great place to take young kids. There is special foods for them if they like more American foods. There really is a good variety of foods. My family and I enjoy going and they can accommodate large groups. You can even get take out from the buffet so can get your favorites and take them home to eat. All in all a great place to eat for family, friends, co-workers, small or big parties. The price is reasonable for the amount you can eat. Go and enjoy.
I thought it was a great restaurant and great food. Although the only thing that I didn't like it. The waitress stopped right in front of you and stared at you want to watch the uh the entire time.
Good one in Vermont. Has many selection and a great priced! Must try it!
Disappointed by the food. The rennovation makes the place look so pretty but they still have a huge lack in food choices. Also the food just wasn't hot enough.Edit, from 2 to 3 stars because the sushi was fantastic. Keep it up!
This place is amazing. Wide variety of delicious Chinese food classics. The lunch buffet is only 9 dollars!!! Great service. Cannot recommend enough especially if you like Chinese food
Larger than average selection but still mediocre quality
Great food. Nice service.
Food was not good tasted tainty
The food was good but, I was disappointed in the fact that they don't have crab legs anymore, at all!! And when I asked for a cup of water to go they said they had no take out cups. One other thing. The girl that seems to be the head waitress there, was very snobby. She actually walked away from me while I was talking to her. She literally turned her back on me and walked away. I think they're going downhill.
A great variety of chinese foods from a HUGE buffet...
We go here often. The buffet is a great selection and the food is always hot and fresh. The staff is always friendly and attentive. It's always very clean and theres never a wait because it's a huge place.
Nice variety of food. Clean place
Great selection of food. Food is usually very fresh and very tasty. I've been many times and have never had a problem with service. but I will note that it is a buffet, and if you show up late you won't be getting the freshest of food.
One of the better Chinese buffets in the area. Good selection.
